Nolan is the only playable character Elysium names. He is a ranking detective in the Neo Berlin Police Department, sent after Natalie when her father, the Police Chief, is murdered. Official X confirmed Elias Toufexis as his voice.

Steam calls Nolan a ranking detective and a troubled one. The job is concrete: find and safeguard the Police Chief's daughter and solve the sudden murder. He has state-of-the-art technology and unique abilities. Those abilities are the memory reconstruction tools described on the systems page, plus whatever stealth and combat loadout the player builds. Elysium's site uses the same name and the same murder-and-search brief.

Steam also writes the mid-case turn. When Nolan meets Natalie he learns their fates are more intertwined than he assumed. That sentence is first-party. It is not a license to invent a family tree. The Police Chief is Natalie's father. Nolan's own relatives are not named.

German Steam copy calls him an Ermittler of the Polizei von Neo Berlin. Japanese short copy uses ノーラン. Simplified Chinese uses 诺兰. Traditional Chinese uses 諾蘭. Those are storefront spellings of the same detective.

On 14 August 2026 @ElysiumGameSt replied 'Our main character is indeed voiced by Elias Toufexis!' That is a first-party voice credit. Toufexis is known for other stoic sci-fi leads; the tweet does not compare roles, it only names this one.

The clearest still of Nolan is the rooftop coat shot: short dark hair, beard, black coat, wet metal, a sports car with amber running lights. The wall key art shows a similar silhouette from behind next to a woman who matches Natalie's brief. The header collage includes several other faces. Only Nolan and Natalie are named in the body copy, so the other portraits stay unnamed on this wiki.

Nolan is a police detective who can disappear into shadows or walk into a gunfight. Official stills also put armored officers and POLIZEI vehicles in the same city. Do not collapse every armored extra into Nolan. The coat shot is the one we treat as his dossier portrait.
