NEO BERLIN 2087

NEO BERLIN 2087 glossary

Only terms that appear in official copy or on official stills belong here. This glossary is a reading aid for the Steam about text, the Elysium game page, PlayStation's concept copy, and the German letters printed on POLIZEI cars. If a corporation name, district name, or weapon model is missing, the studio has not published it yet.

Neo Berlin
The city's name in official English and German copy. Japanese short copy uses ネオ・ベルリン. Chinese storefront shorts use 新柏林. The game title keeps the English form NEO BERLIN 2087 in every Steam locale we fetched.
New Berlin walls
Steam's phrase for the barrier that lets the rich live in luxury while the rest of humanity fights for resources outside. PlayStation calls them the new Berlin city walls and places slums and a deadly wasteland beyond them.
Cyberparts
Steam's word for body technology ordinary people can only afford in limited amounts. The ruling class uses flashier advancements. No catalog of parts is published.
Wasteland machines
Robots that gained a life of their own after a programming fault and attack humans on sight. The city says it purged them. Steam says the surrounding wastelands still have them.
Factions
Rival groups that lead settlements in the barren lands outside the wall. No faction names are first-party.
Neo Berlin Police Department
Nolan's employer. Official stills show POLIZEI vehicles and German police lighting. DualSense and full controller support are listed; they are input facts, not a police rank system.
Memory reconstruction
Nolan's published detective tool. Relive a victim's last moments, read behavior, and pull clues. Elysium groups it with crime-scene investigation.
Silent weapons
Steam's phrase for the stealth loadout. Nolan can sneak, stay unseen, and remove threats without a firefight. No official model names are printed.
Close-quarters combat
The loud path. Steam describes blades and bullets at short range after stealth fails or after you choose to be seen. Official stills show rifles and armor; they do not name a skill tree.
Dual camera
First-person and third-person views, described as a seamless switch on Steam and as a blend of shooter, stealth, investigation, and RPG mechanics on PlayStation.
Elysium Game Studio
Berlin developer, legal name Elysium Game Studio UG (haftungsbeschrankt), address Munzstrasse 19, 10178 Berlin. Founder and creative lead Ivan Mirkovikj. Jobs copy names Unreal Engine 5.
ByteRockers Games
Steam publisher row for app 2326200. Official X said the publisher booth at Gamescom 2026 is Indie Castle, Hall 10.2. PlayStation still prints Elysium on the concept publisher line.
